Following last year's sell-out performances of 'The Snowman', we are delighted to announce two performances of this ever-popular show on 20 December 2025 in Malone Presbyterian Church Halls, Belfast.
Downshire Brass are teaming up again with pianist Sam Moreland for screenings of the animated film with soundtrack provided by live brass band.
Come and join in the fun - there will be Christmas favourites for the young and young at heart to sing along to as well! Performances are at 2pm and 4pm. Tickets are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Tonight’s event will be extra special with the inaugural performance by our new ensemble: ‘Couch to Concert 2025’ is a unique ensemble of adult musicians who have come together to learn to play in a brass band and prepare a concert for the first time.

The Band will be kick-starting the 2025 Antrim Half Marathon with a celebratory performance at the starting hub to mark the beginning of the race.

Downshire is delighted to be representing Northern Ireland at the European Brass Band Championships in May 2025 in Stavanger, Norway.
Brass Band Northern Ireland head back to Omagh for their Spring Festival Contest. Bands will present own-choice test pieces across the day. It is always a great of music-making and Downshire Brass are looking forward to being back on stage in the Strule Arts Centre.
