Launch of Couch to Concert Programme

Downshire Brass is launching a new adult learners programme called Couch to Concert in September 2025. The programme aims to attract adults who might have had prior musical experience, perhaps in School in a band or School and are now keen to get back into music.

Downshire’s new ensemble provides an ideal platform to re-engage with music within the brass band environment. The participants will have 12 weeks to prepare for a public performance in late 2025.
